Project Coordinator: RAAMA NOORTE UHING NOORUS MTU (Estonia)
Project partners: Futuro Digitale (Italy), Alternativi International (Bulgaria), EuropeYou (Spain)
Meeting Format: The project coordinator organized the kickoff meeting online, by using the Zoom (https://zoom.us/) application. The main reason to have the meeting online and not having the physical one in Estonia as planned in the project application was the difficulty of project partners to travel in Estonia due to COVID-19 outbreak. However, Estonian national agency was previously notified by the project coordinator about this situation.

Meeting duration: From 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
The main points of the meeting were:
i. The introduction of the leader and of each partner;
ii. The formal appointment of the Project Management Team (PMT); laying out of the contractual obligations of the grant agreement; the approval of the partnership agreement (previously sent as a draft 1 month before); the approval of Quality Management and Evaluation strategy.
iii. Recapitulation of the contents of the project (partners, timing, objectives, actions, roles and budget);
iv. The discuss of the project website beta version presented by the project coordinator and project graphical image (logo, leaflets etc.);
v. The development of the Online Platform (IO1) & e-learning modules (IO2);
vi. The organization of the Short-term joint staff training event (TE)(C1) was defined;
vii. Communication & Dissemination Plan was presented and agreed between partners. In addition, during the meeting, tasks and tools of the dissemination activity were detailed.
viii. The approval of the work plan and discussion/definition of methodologies to be followed in all project activities and IOs.
