Project partners: Futuro Digitale (Italy), Alternativi International (Bulgaria), EuropeYou (Spain)
Meeting Format: The project partners organized the online First intermediate meeting , by using the Zoom (https://zoom.us/) application. The main reason to have the meeting online and not having the physical one in Bulgaria as planned in the project application was the difficulty of project partners to travel to Bulgaria due to COVID-19 outbreak and restrictions.

Meeting duration: From 9.00 am to 3.00 pm
The main points of the First Intermediate meeting were:
i. Check that the project proceeds according to plan, monitoring the progress of work and taking corrective measures where appropriate.
ii. The state of art of IO1 – Online platform & IO2 – e-learning modules
iii. The organization of the Short-term joint staff training event (TE)(C1) was defined;
Partners plan to realize the event in May, 2021, when COVID restrictions are expected to be lighter. The exact date will be difined by the project consortium in the beginning of April.
iv. The development of the Human rights minorities Training Manual (IO3).
Partners divided the chapters of the manual and discussed the editorial guidelines and contents to be included. Alternativi, as output leader, will guide the partners in the elaboration of the manual. Moreover, partners set up the deadlines to be follow for the realization of each activity, including also the translation in each national language once the English version of the training manual is ready.
v. Launch of the Online Ambassador programme and discussion about the dissemination activities and workshops done/to be done by all partners.
