On 14th of January, 2022 Asociación EuropeYou had the pleasure to organize a Multiplier event as part of the KA2 “Their right is your right” project in Torremolinos, Spain.
The event was attended by representatives of different youth organizations, including youth workers, volunteers, project managers, as well as young people who are interested in advocating for the human rights of minorities.
The conference aimed to introduce participants to all project activities of TRIYR, namely the MOODLE platform, e-learning courses and training manual. Moreover, during the event was officially released the last project output, the Policy recommendation document that contains an overview of different policies and initiatives related to minority human rights in each project partner countries as well as offers a roadmap for all relevant stakeholders.
In addition to the project results and activities, participants had an opportunity to discuss the current challenges which minorities in Spain face and about good practices that are implemented in the community. Everyone agreed that there is still a lot to do in order to fully integrate minorities in the society and that young people and youth organizations have an important role in this integration process.
